A booking is considered received at the moment an inquiry is submitted via WhatsApp or the email form on the website. A booking becomes binding only upon written confirmation by Official j.d.o.o. (via WhatsApp or email message). Without confirmation from the service provider, the booking is not guaranteed. The confirmation includes: route, date, time, number of passengers and agreed price.

• All prices are fixed and agreed at the time of booking. No meter. • Minimum fare is €25.00. • A night surcharge of 20% applies to journeys starting between 00:00 and 05:59. • Payment by cash (EUR) or card in the vehicle at the end of the journey. • Price includes up to 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per passenger. For exceptionally large luggage, please arrange in advance. • Prices do not include tolls, parking fees or ferry tickets unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before departure: free of charge. • Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of the agreed price. • No-show without prior notice: 100% of the agreed price. • Cancellations must be sent in writing (WhatsApp or email) to the same contact used for booking. • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7 business days.

• Airport transfers: driver waits up to 60 minutes from actual landing (we track the flight). Flight delays do not affect the agreed price. • Other transfers: driver waits up to 15 minutes from the agreed departure time. After this, the booking may be treated as cancelled without refund. • Official j.d.o.o. is not responsible for arrival delays caused by traffic, weather or force majeure.

• Smoking in the vehicle is not permitted. • Consumption of alcohol or narcotics in the vehicle is not permitted. • The driver has the right to refuse or terminate a journey if a passenger endangers safety or displays aggressive behaviour, without refund. • Pets may only be transported with prior notice and in an appropriate carrier. • The passenger is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey.

• Official j.d.o.o. holds all legally required licences and third-party liability insurance in accordance with the Croatian Compulsory Traffic Insurance Act (NN 151/05). • Liability for material damage is limited to the value of a single journey, except in cases of gross negligence or intent. • Official j.d.o.o. is not liable for indirect damages (missed flights, hotel reservations, etc.) resulting from traffic congestion, weather conditions or force majeure. • The driver is not responsible for items left in the vehicle but will make reasonable efforts to return them.

Official j.d.o.o. bears no liability for failure to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, strikes, road-blocking accidents, epidemics or government decisions.

Service quality complaints must be submitted in writing to: official.taxi.split@gmail.com We respond within 15 business days. In the event of a dispute, the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22) applies. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

These Terms of Service are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. All disputes arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court in Split, applying Croatian substantive law and relevant European Union regulations (including Regulation (EU) No 181/2011 on passenger rights).

Official j.d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Already confirmed bookings are subject to the terms in force at the time of confirmation.
